Registration Fee Includes

• Full access to the Scientific Programme of the ESA Annual Meeting
• Complimentary coffee breaks and lunches as indicated in the event schedule
• Admission to the Welcome (Networking) Reception with appetizers on Friday, May 15

Printed Abstract Booklet

A digital version of the abstract booklet is included in the registration fee and will be available to all participants.

If you would like a printed copy, it can be ordered in advance for an additional fee (50 EUR, incl VAT). Please note that printed copies are only available through pre-order.

Registration Confirmation

• For individual registrations, a confirmation email will be sent once the registration is finalized
• For group registrations, the confirmation will be sent either to the group coordinator or the individual participant, depending on the email address provided in the “Email Correspondence” field on the first page of the registration form

Cancellation Policy

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to esa@beyond-associations.be
• For cancellations received on or before April 10, a €60 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 10 at 23:59 CET
